Stayed here for 1 night on our way to Puglia. The pictures are strategically taken and look better than the actual hotel. Our room had little noise isolation which was unfortunate as person in the room next to us liked to have loud calls until late in the evening. The room was clean. Breakfast is not as in the photos- maybe Covid related? Only the coffee was really good! The staff was very friendly and was perhaps the best aspect of the hotel. Yes the stay was convenient - free parking next to hotel and close to the highway. We paid 91 EUR for a night which is way too much compared to what the hotel had to offer.

It was a truly rejuvenating experience. The hotel is cared for down to the smallest detail and offers many services, we especially made use of the gym and swimming pool. I was struck by the availability and courtesy of the staff, which made the stay truly pleasant. As a lover of hotel breakfasts, I found it well-stocked and full of options, both sweet and savory. I particularly appreciated the presence of desserts with wholemeal or cereal dough, and the possibility of having scrambled eggs cooked on the spot. I also found the service for lunch and dinner impeccable! In general there is a relaxed and romantic atmosphere, very suitable for couples. The standard rooms are exactly as we expected, simple but equipped with everything you need. I would have liked to stay another day!!!

I am very sorry to have to report this very unpleasant situation; Sunday I spent the day at the pool with 3 of my guest friends, and I found: - difficulty in contacting the reception to book in the previous days, the receptionist was always busy doing other things (swimming pool service, other) - flies in the green area surrounding the pool all day long, which really annoyed my guests - toilets and changing rooms of the swimming pool services in indecent conditions from the first morning, never cleaned during the whole day until 18:00 - poolside with a bad smell, and yellowed edges (in some parts brown) with evident stagnation of water - lunch by the pool, with a "packaged" salad of very poor quality - slow service, however kind and respectful the staff were, in obvious difficulty I am disconcerted by the situation, this is not the level of quality and service that I expect from a structure like yours: it is not possible to guarantee service and assistance with only 3 people in charge of the entire structure.
